Show-garden construction experience

David has contributed as part of construction teams working on multiple Chelsea Flower Show gardens. The work demanded careful preparation and close attention to detail, experience he brings to gardens of every size across Wokingham and the surrounding area.
Garden design is handled in house by our family garden designer, who works alongside David on layout, planting combinations and seasonal interest. This joined-up approach means attractive ideas can also be considered in terms of upkeep, plant health and practical watering from the beginning.
David understands how to assess a garden’s watering needs, design practical solutions and keep existing systems working effectively. He particularly enjoys restoring tired lawns and helping plants grow strongly, look healthy and perform at their best throughout the seasons.
His background in construction adds valuable practical knowledge, particularly when planning irrigation, working around existing structures and finding durable solutions for challenging gardens. He can also offer practical planting advice, help select suitable plants and plan seasonal bulbs for lasting colour throughout the year.
